This is just my opinion, but I imagine it will be available until they sell out.
Even still, you may run into players who have purchased a copy of it, and for whatever reason never open it, so they sell it to someone else later.
But usually these collectors editions are made with a limited number, and when they run out, they're out.
Some will probably be reserved as rewards for later events, etc....
