Goodbye from Ubi-Deb | Forums

Hi everyone!

I thought I'd make a quick announcement here that this week I'll be leaving the forums as I'm no longer a Community Manager on Sandstorm: Pirate Wars. I'll still be around of course, but no longer posting in the forums after the end of this week.

Alex Roca Sanchez (and perhaps some fresh new faces too) will be here of course to take note of your suggestions, answer any questions and help you to fix any issues that come up, so please keep the feedback coming! ^_^

It's been a pleasure speaking with you all, there are a lot of very friendly and interesting personalities here, many of whom have helped us to solve a great number of bugs in the game, given us suggestions that we would never have come up with ourselves, and just kept our spirits up here by showing so much enthusiasm for the game!

So thanks for making my time on the forums so great! Until next time!

All the best wishes for you as you move on from being Community Manager. It won't be the same without you and it was always a pleasure corresponding with you. I'm hoping we weren't the issue with all our gripes and sometimes crappy attitudes that made your decision to step away. I would also hope that maybe once in awhile you will make a guest star appearance to give input to some postings in the future just so that those who know you can give a shout out to you for old times sake and say "HI!".

Guys, starting today I'll be posting more frequently in the forums, replying questions and sending all your forum feedback, suggestions and issue reports to the team. In a few weeks another CM will join us. ^_^

It's been awhile since I've come on board and it looks from other threads that Sandstorm Pirate War moderators have NOT been actively responding to players threads and postings as you stated above in your post. What's up with this? It depressing from the "sounds" of other players. Ubi-Deb was always on top of responding to these boards. Where's the new Community Manager?
This was or still can be a great game but it seems to have fallen through the UBISOFT cracks.
