Far cry 4 crashing after loaded on pc

My PC is a gaming PC spec below:

    Fx 8350
    Gigabyte gaming motherboard
    8gb ram
    R9 380 4gb GPU
    Windows 10

It downloaded ok and installed ok too, however for some reason when I want to play game and load it, it goes past all the intro's it states an error has occurred and comes completely out of game ? I was wandering if it has something to do with compatibility with Windows 10 ? But that's a guess . Can anyone help ?

reinstall your vid drivers and use the latest version

runs perfect here on my system with win 10 Pro ..with a Nvidia card

runs ok on my laptop with an old AMD gpu with win 10 home ..so your issue is not Windows 10

you can also try to go to the games .exe file and set it to run in a win 7 compatibility mode

but your problems is most likely just bad Drivers

had a similar proiblem with one of my older systems .. contacted AMD they said remove all your drivers with the AMD uninstall utility or DDU

and reinstall the latest driver clean ..it fixed that system

the latest driver for your card can be found here

    • AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition Display Driver version 16.30.2311

    keep in mind this tho

    Known Issues
A few game titles may fail to launch or crash if the AMD Gaming Evolved overlay is enabled. A temporary workaround is to disable the AMD Gaming Evolved "In Game Overlay".
