Can you please clear your console's cache and see if that fixes the issue for you? On the Xbox One;
1) Turn the console off.
2) Unplug it from the wall for
at least two minutes
3) Plug the Xbox One into the wall again.
If that doesn't fix the issue for you, try fast traveling again (after you clear the cache). And if the issue persists after that, our support team through
our support website should be able to offer further insight on what is causing the issue.
