disable the firewall on router also to try it
also check the date and time are set correctly there is a 40 something page sticky at the top of the page and that was the only answer on there.
thats the suggestions from phone calls and ticket over the last 40 something days

my current theory is there using delaying tack ticks to give them more time to figure out whats going on
so i phone them each day and record it for giggles its quite entertaining soon you will be able to hear all on you tube
