I thought it was really cool idea to choose the sex, but class as peacemaker and Nobushi I found amazing is restricted to females as classes as the warlord and shugoki are male , this is bad , this game is turning game for girls and not for both genders , even the final boss is a woman ( would have no problem if he had no gender restriction) that my post is not intended to be male or sexist or anything , but give gender equality does not want to increase or decrease one another, and how it has appointed valquiria character should change her name, as they did with oni now called Orochi (Google Translator )

3 classes are locked to male, 3 classes are locked to female. I'd understand having a problem with gender locking in general, but complaining about just the female locked classes makes no sense.

Yeah, I already posted my thoughts in the other thread in General Discussion, but I would love if they opened up gender options for the remaining six classes. Whether or not it actually happens is another story entirely. I am holding out hope, though.

As I said in the other thread, this isn't really as important as, say, new game modes or even new classes, but I would love to see them slowly release the alt gender options over time.

And I don't see a problem with Apollyon being a woman. She is just one specific character that they made up for the story mode and they decided to go with a female. I don't see any problems with that.

That's being contradicted by reports that that there are gender locks, which were confirmed on Twitter by BioJade (having problems finding the video, someone want to help?).

And while I'd like them to add gender-flipped versions of at least the three non-hybrids (mostly so I can have fem-Warlord), it becomes really difficult to add alt-gender options to heroes with gender-specific names (Valkyrie especially).

True, which is kind of why I wish they would just change the name to be something more in line with the other three. Berserker, Raider and Warlord are pretty generic titles, where as a Valkyrie is a reference to a Norse myth, but I am doubting she will have anything in common with an actual Valkyrie other than being a female.

I don't know, I just assumed we would have a male/female version of every class. Then Gamecom hit and I was like, "What!?" lol
