after reading a bunch of posts,i have came to the decision i like the game as is.
yes the bots are hard to kill, yes you do not get the best gear everytime.
yes you have to grind this game to get better gear.
i do not want to get the best gear every boss or box.
i want to have to play everyday to get a chance to get great gear.
this is a team based game, get a good team to rule.
yes there are game glitches,it can not be fixed overnight.
give the devs time to sort it out.
i have never played over 700 hours on any game, but look at my stats. over 1600 hours in division already.
i want this game to last like destiny.
you have to have a good team to beat the bots.
if players want everything right now,go to a cod game.
but the 1 thing we forget is we have to help new players.
we help them rank up and enjoy the game, then we add to player count.
do not kick low gear score players from your group, help them get better gear.
Cool, we will mark you down for playing on the hardcore server while the rest of us wait for changes to the normal tier server. :POriginally Posted by patchesanook195 Go to original post
I want the majority of the player base to come back and they will on the normal tier that's fun to play and less of a job.
The game as it is, is not viable. For it to last you need a large playerbase. This game had a large playerbase and they left because what you want to stay the same did not interest them.
So you can have the game as is but the servers will close at some point this year or you can accept change is needed and the game will continue, which would you prefer?

Man, it's not 1998 anymore. No one needs a 22hr/day mmo habit. You already specifically do NOT need a team to do Heroic content. The heart of the problem is that for people whose friend's list shed people like dead leaves in autumn, the game is mindnumbing, dreary, and unrewarding. I vendored 11 pieces of 229 today that I got solo. Decisive (I can't even remember, is this actually a holster talent? It's all trash) or astute gloves help exactly no one enjoy anything.Originally Posted by patchesanook195 Go to original post
Sorry but I'm not with you. And I think you're in the minority. That said, whilst the majority of changes probably need to cater to the casual majority, (happy to say that I fit that description), the game would still benefit by having more layers of difficulty so there is still content to challenge the 'hardcore' crowd.Originally Posted by patchesanook195 Go to original post
So servers will close before the last two DLCs come out? Umm, yeah, ok whatever....(rolls eyes)Originally Posted by aldramelech Go to original post
It's still the best game I've played. There's just a bit of a brick wall that many including myself hit that starts to spoil the experience. I'm looking forward to the changes, but geuinely hope they work to keep both ends of the player spectrum happy.Originally Posted by Venger___ Go to original post
That very possibility has been speculated upon in some gaming press and Youtube and while it's extreme the game is without a doubt in trouble right now, anyone who says different is deluding themselves, even the company itself is saying this.Originally Posted by IKILLAUNOW03 Go to original post
So no, this game is not going to stay the same no matter how much you want it too, it can't. Embrace that and make positive contributions to make it better.
