Second you have to wait to be invited like everyone else.

To have a chance to participate in the tests you should register on the home page - http://forhonor.ubisoft.com/game/en-US/home/
Of course this is not a guarantee of access to testing , but gives you the chance. Next test will be closed alpha , which will begin on 15 September .
