What is the ETA until this is fixed?

It's 2:45PM EDT and "Servers are already at capacity, error C something 3D" on the EUS servers and the matchmaking for casual is always locked at 2:59 Estimated Wait Time, and always getting that error, Ubi_Epi can you look i nto this for us? not just EUS, but if it's a global issue then that needs work as well .
