I don't understand why you would remove the only section that would let players publicly report issues with this game. It was working on the closed beta. Issues had been solved before it ended. What is your program to fix things now, if any? It makes no sense, unless you are trying to cover up for the very annoying issues so that people will buy the game.
If so, that's a mistake. Please do enlighten me on this matter.
While I was performing customization on Nobushi, my PC went into blue screen with the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION error. I've got Windows 10 64 bit, no technical issues with the game on my end despite server-side issues that are currently being resolved as it is believed. This is my recently built rig, I run many other apps and games that require way more resources and it never has given me any blue screens, but this one that is system related.

Nikout and I have experienced the same exact bluescreen very close to one another, and at the exact same point in the menus (customizing characters). Not sure what's going on, but I hope it's something fixable on Ubi's end.
Same error message as well, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. The fact that it happened in the hero customization menu for both of us leads me to believe it's something on the game's end. Especially considering everything else runs fine for us on our end.
System specifications are as follows:
MSI 980.
i7 4790 stock clocks.
16 GB of DDR3 RAM running at 1866 frequency.
Game was running on a standard 2TB HDD.
RT and LT icons for Xbox controllers on PC are mismatched between each other. LT is written on right trigger icon and vice versa. Very confusing. Oh, and the game recommends "High" graphics preset (which figures since my PC matches exactly with recommended configuration), but can't keep up with 30 fps at all. Please optimize the game or post correct requirements.
