Please help,
when I bought my XBOX one it came in an Assassin's Creed bundle, it had ACU and ACBF pre-downloaded i played those games a lot, anyway, about a year later I tried to play ACU, and on the loading screen at the start it would exit and say "Do you own this game or app, please login or go to the store" (Or something like that) that was really anoying so my friend said maybe i should try to delete the games and re download it, i tryied that and now i cant find the game so i can not re download it.
Does anyone know what is going on??!?!?!?!??!?!?

I am pretty sure that the games will be associated with the microsoft account they were linked with. That is, the MS live account you made/used when you first got the xbox one. If you go to your MS live account online you should be able to see your purchases. Issues can occur when people delete/logout of their profile or change the email on their MS Live accounts, luckily it's not that big a deal. Log in to your MS Live account and verify that the purchases exist (I think the bundle would appear as a purchase/product owned), verify the profile and then log into xbox one using the same account and profile. If you go to the live shop and start to download/purchase a game which is already owned on that account you will not have to pay a second time or even enter any payment details. The xbox will register that this account already owns the games and will download them.
