Sometimes I would experience 2-3 crashes a day and sometimes none for a day and the other day , I would crash 2-3 times. My screen just freezes and it crashes. I have sent more than 10 crash reports , and nothing is being done to help me. I seriously do not know what is the problem. I never had any crashes before dust line. I had it after dust line but it wasnt so frequent and now after skull rain , its so common that its really making me very tired of this game crashing.

Hey Alpaca!
So at this time I'm going to suggest creating a support ticket with one of our Technical Advisors at support.ubi.com.
By doing that, we can get this issue documented and reviewed by the Dev Team; also the Technical Advisor can further diagnose the problem.
Additionally, if you're in the U.S., you can also Live-Chat with one of our Advisors in real-time, allowing a faster documentation and resolution to the problem. Sound good?

Want to know if this is the issue, try this after a crash:
1. Press Windows Button + X
2. Select Event Viewer (3rd option)
3. Navigate to Event Viewer (Local) >> Custom Views >> Administrative Events
4. Find the timestap before the crash
5. Look for an event is the level of warning and source display with the event being "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered."
If that exists it means the nvidia driver is crashing. Let me know, thanks!

If it doesn't work, I had something similar happening. Just comment again and tell us if your drivers are ok or not. I managed to fix my issues, it was from corrupted files from inside the game's source files. My computer was fine, my drivers were fine, but for some reason some updates seemed to have conflicted together and made the game unplayable. It's a last resort fix (you uninstall literally everything the game has on your computer manually, it's long and tedious to do), so be sure you have tried everything before.

Any idia how to fix it? Should I install an older nvidia driver?
Its shows kernel event 141every time game crashes where other programs work normaly. I dont have any problem with any other game or application other than this. I have even onces uninstalled and reinstall the game but the problem still existOriginally Posted by Alphakilo07 Go to original post
