    Underground Not accessible

    I've owned the Season Pass since launch day/ day one launch of The Division. I have complete the pre requisite mission and was told to report to the TOC/ new underground Base of Operations. I do so, arrive at the "elevator" and I cannot interact with the switch/ button. A message above the switch tells me I need the DLC. I then about-face and walk up the stairs to see a mob of people standing in front of the in-game GUI. Speaking with some, they all reported the same issue: Season Pass owners and the in-game GUI tells them DLC not installed/ Underground not accessible. Same problem I have. I have tried logging out, log in to UPlay, which does not work...(stuck in a loading page in my web browser), and restarting the game.

    Same ****, different day. Does anything ever go smooothly? It is absolutely ridiculous enough that the company "sold out" to Microsoft and made the rest of the community (PS4) have to wait an extra month....and now, we cannot even access it on day one of its launch.

    At least Bungie (Destiny) gets their crap together for an expansion release.
    Not a good track record, since this game has launched and while I and others, I am sure, applaud the company for patching, really, that is something that is EXPECTED for any person/s and/ or software developing company: software life-cycle support. So, I cannot even say that is being done right, because that is a "given" and doesn't apply.

    Someone needs to take charge and do a little staff "reorganizing" over there, as this is just unacceptable anymore.

    Someone, please fire and hire COMPETENT developers already. Smdh

    I had to work today but was thinking about taking a day off, I'm so glad my responsible side won out cause I would have been pissed to the point of tossing the game out the window with this nonsense. A friend of mine is having the exact same issue yet our mate from the UK can enter the underground.. So perhaps it's server based? Dunno but not surprised massive screwed something else up. Amazing..

    On the very edge of uninstalling this decrepit, ragged ***, ultra broken piece of trash game. Can't stand the aggravation any more. What a joke. Worst investment I've ever made in a game.

    Sad part is, same issue was experienced on xbox. You would think that a month is enough time to make sure the same issue doesnt happen on ps4 personally I dont care if they fix this. The sheer incompetence to not prepare for this is unacceptable. I have given ubi and massive time and have had more patience than most when it comes to divisions issues but my patience has run out and this is that last product I will ever buy from ubi or massive

    I have same problem on PS4. I read all related articles on internet. I did everything, I created support ticket at 04 Sept. They replied one time. apologise and bla bla... NOTHING MORE...


    UBISOFT YOU ARE AGAINST LAW. AS FAR AS I KNOW ALOT OF PEOPLE SUFFERS FROM SAME PROBLEM. WE PAID FOR THIS GAME. YOU ARE DOING NOTHING...

    Haven't experienced this.

    I have been playing since launch, but I never got the season pass. I followed the mission after the 1.3 update and got to underground where it said I needed dlc. I got DLC and downloaded it and have had no problem.
    Did you try opening the PS store and making sure the dlc was listed as purchased and/or installed? I haven't had nearly as many problems as some people, though.

    You are some of the lucky guys. I talked with my friend during playing game yesterday he said he has same problem but he did not report his problem/

    Ofcourse I purchased and checked it many times. All dlc seems installed.

    AND NO ACTION FROM UBISOFT WHICH I CREATED SUPPORT TICKET...
