Just like to make a recomendation for Deadly Sky by John C McManus to all interested in reading the stories of aircrew in WW2. This is a really thoughtfull and fitting tribute to all aircrew and especially the American crews who flew in the war.Although I am not American and have in the past concentrated more on studying the RAF and Luftwaffe histories , this book was a good introduction to their history and I feel really tells the stories of how all aircrews must have felt.
