I know it might help out with the craches and freezes, but not with the battery drain.

My son needs a phone, so I might just buy new battery and factoryreset the ole S4 mini for him

Hi mate.
I'll give my vote for the Oneplus 3.
I have the 1+ One for the moment and i will normally buy the 3 in august.
Trials was running perfectly with the one and with all the tests i've read about the third it will run even better on it.
It is as good as the S7 and the price is very attractive.
Can't wait to get mine.!

Hi mates,

My old galaxy S4 mini is getting old and freezes and crashes quite often. Also the battery isn't the best anymore, need to recharge after 12hours from fully charged even without playing trials or other games. So I need a new one. Not mainly for trials, but I still want it to play it nicely.

Any suggestions? Not just a model, but with comments that which might have less issues than the others.
One of these I had in my shopping list.
- Galaxy S6
- Galaxy S6 Edge
- OnePlus 3
- Honor 7 Premium
- Sony Xperia Z5

If you could stretch to buy the S7 then it's the best one to go for in my opinion as it's been built with gaming in mind with a powerful graphics processor etc. (google S7 specs and have a read how different it is with gaming to all others on the market right now.....it might help change your mind) also the normal S7 has a 5.1" screen (it's pretty much the same size as the normal S4 except it's a little thinner) where-as the S7 Edge has the 5.5" screen.

It is a little pricey at the moment but it will drop soon as they all do but at the end of the day it's really about what you're going to be using it for and practicality for your day to day activities, if you can have a play about (test) the phones that you're interested in (maybe try one of the various phone shops if you don't know anyone that owns one) then it'll help you more than just looking and reading on the internet.

I think I'm gonna stick with samsung this time also.
The model is still
normal S6 is 460€ edge version is 600€
normal S7 is 700€ edge version is 800€

As you know, the edge version is exactly the same mut it has that curvy screen at the sides, which I like...
S7 might perform games better but the prize for the edge version is just too high currently.

I'm thinking if I should wait for month or 2, and then take the S7 edge, or buy the S6 edge now.
my wallet screams that I should by the normal S6 model...

The normal version of the S7 has a slightly higher pixel density than the Edge version which means slightly better graphics and picture.....One of the best if not THE best on the market right now !!

Just thought I'd let you know ok mate.....Hope you're happy with whatever you decide to go for !!

Well... where to start.

After setting all the other things up. I installed trials...
Everything went fine, the game menus and all the things works much faster. I don't even have to wait for the leaderboards to load up 20-60sec, they come within 5sec.
But the driving is somehow slower or smoother, I have "much" better touch to the bike somehow. It feels like the game itself is slowed some 10%...

But the laggy start still exists on some tracks. Short lags every second for the first ~30sec time. Then I can restart and it plays fine.
But the sunset dungeon is unplayable... speedups and slowdowns... Can't remember what was the other track Justinmann have said to be unplayable.

I'll reinstall trials within few days just to test that the problem isn't on installations.
Maybe I'll try to make video about the difference... if there is any. it's just the screen resolution and tips of fingers.


EDIT: Well the sunset dungeon seems to work now, after device restart...
