    Ubisoft support no help at all?

    Ok so i got banned on the divison randomly saying i broke the code of conduct and i havent even played the division for about a week and a half and i randomly get banned on it for no reason so i make a support ticket explaining that ive never hacked or bad mouthed other players just played the game and i had recently just gotten too the darkzone as well. So after a couple days of waiting and thinking i will actually get some help on the problem and if i did do something wrong that i didnt know about they would tell me. Boy i was pretty fired up when they sent me another email explaining too me how they are busy and that understandable but when they also literally could of copied and pasted the ban message to that support ticket that really ticked me off Ive never done anything wrong on the division and to be told the same thing and not helped at all after a couple days of waiting am i not a paying customer that enjoyed the game? To just toss a support ticket too the side like that what was the point in tell me something i already know I wanted help. I replyed too the support ticket once more i i hope too god they actually give me an explanation because i had to of done something wrong i dont see any post of ubisoft randomly banning innocent people but was the thing i did wrong really a perma ban.     Good luck. I had a 14 day one a while back. They told me that they couldn't tell me why.. That system they use to ban you is just as broke as the game.. Sorry for your loss bro.

    Man i wounder how much complaining i have too do too actually be taken serous like jesus they just want to get rid of me and not take responsibility for there mistake with there copy and paste response its honestly Bs.

    You were very lucky to get any kind of response. My tickets usually self-close because support never responds to my questions.

    The game has bugs, it is poorly optimized, their servers have errors, I not surprise me that their anti cheating system also is broken.

    They have lost many customers already. Including me. It's really sad, it seems a good game.

    Welp i enjoyed the game while is lasted good thing i didnt waste my money on the season pass it would of just been more free money to toss in there face.

    i get an answer once every week, they still couldn't solve my minor problem. Cant play the game for 1 month and ongoin. Support is disgustingly bad and they have ****loads of money.
