    no riders club reward, support not working

    Hi,

    I subscibed to the riders club (big mistake though) and I got the riward only few times (2-3 times), so I raised support ticket, however It is not possible to reply to that email and on support.ubi.com there are no active cases under my account (and YES, im using the same account). So how shall I provide iTunes bill and creenshots within just 4 DYAS???? otherwise the case will be closed...

    NOTE: the link "NO I NEED MORE ASISTANCE" doent work, I got message: you broke the internet...

    Please respond ASAP!

    Similar situation

    I purchased the Riders Club yesturday. Received the outfit, coins, and gems immediately but have logged in several times today as noted in fine print at the bottom of the screen where you click to order, and have not received today's rewards... Log-in to just the game or to my Uplay account? I've done both... Submitted a ticket and the response was I will hear back within 48hrs. Is there somewhere to track actual receipt of rewards?

    well I raised several support tickets and still I didnt get proper reply even I provided print screens of the aplle purchase!!! I will report this to apple support, that the in game purchase was made, but the promised content was not given!!!!

    It always takes some time to get an answer from the support due to the high number of contact/tickets they have.They will certainly get back to you.
    Once you raise the ticket and provide necessary purchase proofs, you will get all your missed rewards!
