This message sounds a lot like "Sorry, better luck next time." That's not going to solve our issue. It sounds like Ubisoft doesn't care about us and is just going to ignore the problem. I would like to hear a solid response with mention of a solution currently being devised and is coming soon. It's sad to see that Ubisoft doesn't care about it's customers and can't be bothered to fix even the smallest of problems.

I am extremely disappointed and expect better. If Ubisoft doesn't care about a small problem, and isn't willing to fix it, that speaks volumes about the company and their lack of respect for their customers and how little they value their customers. I am honestly disgusted, disappointed, angry, and feel like I've been made fun of.

You can rest assured I won't be recommending Ubisoft products to anyone anymore. I refuse to support a company that isn't willing to admit when they made a mistake, doesn't care to fix it, and event points the blame at it's customers. I am not going to tolerate this sort of behavior. In fact, I will be warning people of such a disgusting situation. If you want, you can claim I'm overreacting for such a small issue, but actions are indicative of future actions; and if this is how you handle small situations, I do not want to be involved when the larger situations arise.
