Game Launcher errors UPlay not Steam version

I submitted (today) 3 crash reports for the game/launcher , the issue is the game played fine a few days ago and has for months , i run all settings on Highest for graphics , suddenly the game tries to launch (this is a store bought disk version , not a downloaded version) and Logs In , then goes to "Initializing" and does not go any further , it did this for 2 days so i tried FC2 and FC3 , both work fine with the exception of FC3 which gives a error about the servers not working or something to that effect , but the game still launches in Offline mode which is what i want to play anyway , and FC4 launched fine from the FC3 launcher , at least it did till yesterday , my internet connection is Satellite so i have Limited Bandwidth and not great speeds , so i would prefer not to have to download/reinstall the game from Steam or any other download , as i have the disk if reinstalling is necessary

I am now (after installing a new graphics driver **not sure if that changed anything but i now have a new issue**) getting a whole new issue as i could yesterday , launch the game from FC3 Uplay Launcher , but now all it does is give 3 errors , the errors are strange as i have not changed anything on my PC in months (close to a year) the only "updates" i have done is Graphic drivers , etc , no Windows updates or anything (no point since its Windows 7) the game played perfect till 2 days ago , then it just would hang on the launcher , the errors i get are as follows

"Uplay Detected a unrecoverable error and must be shut down , Crash Dump created at C/Program Files (X86)/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher/Crash

    next error:

File Corrupted ! This Program has been Manipulated and maybe its infected by a Virus or Cracked, This file won't work anymore

    next error:

The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142) Click OK to close application

The game is not manipulated , so i have no clue as to why that error comes up , there is no hack or anything installed into the game files unless Ubisoft installed it in a update or something , so i am totally confused as to why these errors are happening and why the game will no longer work , again , with my crappy internet service i would like to avoid downloading anything large as i am limited to 10gb bandwidth for the entire month , so it really is bad if i have to download a entire game as it will mean my internet will be pretty much used up for the rest of the month , so i want to avoid this as a solution to absolute last effort

Any ideas as to why the game is doing this and how to fix it ?? , i did try the Ubisoft Chat , but i have been waiting for over a hour tonight and no one came on , so i figured the forum was my only hope at this point to get any answers

Any help would be appreciated ... Thanks .... Jim

Well i sort of got it fixed at least for now ....after spending time with the Chat guys and arguing over why a Windows Update is going to fix a issue that i was certain was the Launcher , i went to my Start Menu in Windows 7 , and went to Programs , i went to Far Cry 4 and sent a new shortcut to the desktop , i clicked on the new shortcut , and the game opened , and played fine , i have played it a second time and its still working , so why they kept insisting that it was a Direct X issue after i downloaded and installed it 2 times without a change , and why they insisted that i needed to do all Windows Updates in order to fix the issue , it was simply (so far) just a corrupted shortcut and so far so good.....hopefully the game will work fine now.......

Where do you verify game files using the UPlay Launcher ??? , i know you can do it with the Steam Launcher , but i have not seen it in the UPlay Launcher

I am still having a slight issue , actually with Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 4 , as they both use the same launch system , both give a error that the Servers are Unavailable , every time ....but its no big issue to me as i only play Single Player anyway , i can't play "Online/Multiplayer" because of my Satellite connection is too slow (too high of Ping) and limited Bandwidth , but both games work fine aside from that

Here is the Uplay verify - if you have a Steam game use their launcher:

..beside slow connection ..about servers unavailable u could try changing dns server - use Google perhaps?
