    Pronounced Stuttering Issues on Xbox One Since 1.3 Update

    This has always been there to a degree, but since the 1.3 update it's had much more of a negative impact in the game. It does it much more often than prior to the patch, and for longer... sometimes the screen will freeze for 1-2 seconds, and there's been several occasions where it's completely locked up forcing me to restart the game. I've experienced it on occasion everywhere in the game world, but it's frequent - almost constant in the DZ.

    As far as I know there's been no official acknowledgement, but I heard many reports from others with the same experience. Other info (including videos) can be found on reddit threads here and here

    I've commented on this here and there, but I generally see it only in the DZ -- and it's bad enough to make the DZ unplayable. I've counted, and the game freezes every 17 steps my character takes.

    I have experienced the same thing since the 1.3 update. I've noticed it in The Underground, on Story Missions and Incursions. I never go into the DZ.

    This is different.

    The micro-stutter in the DZ has been there since beta. They can't or won't fix it.

    This new stutter basically causes your entire screen to freeze for for 2-3 seconds, and then everything plays in fast-forward until it catches up.

    Ah, no, I have that too. Worse in the DZ, but occurs in the Underground as well. The only place I can't remember it happening is in the free roam area.

    Well, whether it's a new stutter or the old stutter getting worse, it's really not acceptable. The "micro" stutter was annoying, but this actually changes game play (causing player deaths and loss of items/experience/funds, etc.) and at times makes it unplayable, forcing you to restart the game because it just locks up....

    Had this happen all last night while playing my lvl 10 3rd character. I would be running down the street, game would freeze and by the time it snapped back, I was up the opposite corner.

    Needs to be fixed asap

    Xbox player here also.

    Can't say I have noticed an increase in stutter but lag in the DZ since 1.3 has noticeably increased. Enough to make it unplayable at times.

    Lag has always been very present in this game, much more than in any game I have recently played. Not sure if it is servers or coding, have read pretty scary posts describing the coding but am not knowledgeable enough to know if they are factual. However, given Massive's track record so far with TD I am predisposed to believe the worst.

    The lag and the sounds cutting in and out since the 1.3 update is getting really old I hope they fix it this coming Maintenance
