So here we are again in the situation where a new gear set can be exploited and become way overpowered in pvp affecting legitimate players experience's for the worse. I won't explain how to do the exploit (im sure those that don't know could easily find out how) but i will say what it does....
The deadyeye 4 piece talent removes the headshot damage whilst giving the player 100% crits, so basically a crit shot whether its on the head or body will be the same, for example 100k, no difference at all. However a player who uses the exploit can bypass this and get 100% crit headshots with headshot damage added to the equation and whats more this headshot damage will stack to an absurd amount and the exploit is very easy.
Fair enough **** happens and has to be dealt with by the developers, however do the right thing Massive which is until a fix is in place disable that 4th talent, keep the set in game and work on a fix and stop giving players another reason to avoid the dz, right now its early days but the videos are out there and we all know how fast they catch the public eye and do the rounds on the forums and reddit etc. Nip it in the bud!
It is...Thought I might slip in on a Sunday Night, Super Late to try and complete my first every Isaac mission. Stepped through the door, & was instagib'd by 4 shotgunners...Left & won't go back...Originally Posted by eyloi Go to original post
the thing is the sooner this is fixed the less of a problem shotgunners will be due to being outranged, however it won't change the fact that the meta will swing over to Deadeye, but thats thing there will always be a meta..Originally Posted by Titannium_ Go to original post
Net meta is what is killing all games. Hearthstone is nothing then 100% copy net decking, you are facing there copies after copies after copies, started on rank20. you change one card from meta deck ? u get insta gibbed.Originally Posted by SupaSkrub Go to original post
Meta = cancer of all games.
Blame the youtubers... its all about getting clicks, if the youtubers were not showing the stuff then it would be slower to take holdOriginally Posted by Titannium_ Go to original post
i know. youtubers (some are paid from the game companies cause advertisment sells, this means youngsters watching then buying), and inet pages related to meta (hearthpwn for that mentioned game).Originally Posted by SupaSkrub Go to original post
social networks sharing all insta.
Own creativity is very soon killed by shared-meta. its like that last 5 yrs+ in gaming....
