Ubi/Massive, is this considered an Exploit?

Why would it be? They're just resetting the mission, and they're still having to contend with the difficulty of the encounter.

Well, it can be seen to be as abusing the mechanics of the mission. Idk just checking, and at the same time attempting to insure the casual portion of this forum is aware of this cheesy way to farm gear.

After all, how is this different from BK, which if I remember correctly did become classified as an exploit by Massive.

    This.

The only issue I see, is the fact that the game loot system and bullet sponge mentality is so bad, that players look for ways to make it better. Like this.

Like others have said, why would it be? (Also the game has so few players anymore anyone not actively hacking in the DZ should be safe... Ubisoft cannot afford to lose anyone.)

That said I'm sure it will not go unchanged... The loot is too good.

The group in OP's video made those level 35 mobs look like normal, red tier enemies. Shredded them down real fast.

Ok, am I mistaken, was BK not declared an exploit? If I am indeed misrememberering, my bad, but if not, how is this different?

Except with this you aren't needing to keep any mobs alive to reset and keep the loot flowing. Not an exploit and Hammish was in Chappie's stream earlier talking about the grind and said it was not an exploit.

I'm sure there will be a immediate maintenance on Thursday to patch this while the the other bugs that have been posted continue to go unchanged.
