    Does the CP skip option work?

    Hi , i created a ninja track called The Golden Hour and included some logic to allow people to move through checkpoints similar like in the editor.
    It works on PS4, the console i created it on, but wanted to know if it works on the other platforms aswell.

    On PS4 the button to activate the logic is R3 and then you use R1 to move forward through the checkpoints. I have no idea to which buttons this translates to on xbox or pc but i am sure atleast some people know.

    So if any1 has played it and could test it and tell me if it works that would be great. You should not be able to finish the track if you use the skip option.

    I uploaded the track few hours ago so it might not be shared yet on the other platforms.

    And also would like to say Thank you to Rishaan for providing a screenshot on how to make that logic.

    Thanks for letting me know that you could not get it to work. Maybe it does not work in general when it goes cross-platform or maybe i should off used different buttons.

    If noone on xbox can get it to work then maybe somebody with more knowledge about all the logic could shed some light on how or if it can be done so that it works not only on PS4.

    Thx about the comment on my drone which was a pain to keep track off all the OPE's lol.

    I created CP skips for a practice version of my track "The Struggle". It's a 35 CP giga ninja and someone requested it.

    If those work for you on PS4, I can try to share some of the logic with you (which is relatively simple). If not, then I'm not sure what would be causing the issue.

    I tried your track JKT and your CP skip works on PS4. You have the same buttons for skipping but it lets you finish the track. The version im using would prevent you from finishing which means no extr'a upload needed if it worked on other platforms.

    Saw some posts on how buttons in skillgames seem to not work when cross-platformed.

    Only difference between our CP skip is that i have the logic turned off untill you press R3 so that you do not accidently skip. The rest of the logic will probably differ a bit (as i prevent the rider from finishing with the skip) but do not see why that would create a problem.

    Well atleast i know now that the problem is either R3 or something in the logic that is not being turned on. As it works fine on PS4 it is going to be hard to figure out what exactly went wrong after being cross-platformed.

    But just wanted to know if it worked on other platforms and now i know it does not work.

    Sure, I could have easily disabled the final CP or created a wall of bombs once CP skip is engaged, but I decided not to. The scores don't matter on that track and I literally made it for one person.

    One option for you is to create two versions, so you don't have to worry about people accidentally skipping anything, or just have the rider back up into a portal at the first cp that activates the skip buttons.

    The PS4 skillgame DUALSHOCK 4 has all kinds of issues on X1 (inputs shown incorrectly/not recognized), and i remember maninawhitesuit had tons of problems with his Ninja Digital Handbook skillgame as well.
