I've seen the videos put out so far about GR:WL and it honestly looks a lot like the division but on an open world map instead of a small city map. Which I'm fine with because the division has a lot of potential that has gone unmet.
My concern though is whether or not there is going to be viable solo content in Wildlands. Right now there is plenty of solo content in the Division but none of it actually helps your character progress. If you want to get better gear you have to group. Period.
Is GR going to run on the same idea of being forced to group if you want to progress, or will a solo player be able to get the best gear and items in the game?
Right now Ubisoft has a pretty poor record in my opinion. I got R6:Siege because I'm a huge R6 fan and I've been extremely disappointed in what the game has been turned into. Then I got the Division and once again I've been let down.
Is the intention to make this game solo friendly or not?
The Division is somekind of Coop/mmorpg so it's need to has content for people to still play it.
GRW is a solo/coop campaign so they won't be new content released with new missions etc... just doing the game differently.
Now the season pass with give 2 expansions as 2 new little campaign I suppose.
But you'll have a lot of stuff to do in the game ^^
Again not a rpg so you won't have to lvl up to play against higher lvl npc etc...

Also, when you're playing solo you'll have a team of AI Ghosts with you.Originally Posted by Ruar35 Go to original post

If you're planning to order a physical copy of the game, or you just REALLY want some of those Pre-Order bonus items, disregard the rest of this message.
If you're planning to pre-order a digital copy of the game and don't really need any of the included pre-order bonus items, I highly suggest you DON'T pre-order at all. Digital copies of games don't "run out" like they used to at retail stores on launch. So if you're going digital and you don't need the bonus "fluff", don't pre-order. Wait until some reviews of the game come out after launch and go from there.
