Ok, so I got paired and start griding before my oponent did so I was the first one to play the tracks, two of three are won and I start the third one, track is finished, however I was not registered as "owner" of this track, nor get the spinning wheel.
This happend before, so it is not the first time...well this time I was not mad,coz I was raicing against friend and he is on lower rank so I wanted to give him the victory...
Anyone experiencing same issue?

Probably your time was exactly the same as opponent's.

It's happened to me 2x now. What I hate about it is one of you needs to beat the tied time to get ownership of the track. IMO a tie should be wiped out by the next time set. If both riders ran it in 20 seconds it should be open to be won by any time (like 21 seconds).
I almost had a showdown end with us each owning 1 track because (despite throwing large quantities of golden tickets at it)neither of us could beat out previous time. I ended up snagging it back with only few minutes left.

nope guys, in my case it was for sure not a tie....my opponent didnt event started that time, it was only my time and it was not registered and I had to play one more tiem which cost another ticket...I guess it is a bug. lately the game is flooded with bugs:
- no reward (nor coins nor gems) received from the monthly membership - several ticket raised and still not solved
- game crashing after start - only reinstall helps
