Uplay says I have 775 hours play time. Did countless hard missions on 3 characters, lately farming AA (not hundreds runs as others but quite a few) and never saw Caduceus. This weekend I decided to finish leveling up my 4th char, had lvl 30 before Russian consulate and decided to clear last 2 districts before GA. On my way to an encounter I met a nice guy, mister Apollo. He happily died and gave me some loot:

Dropped it again on Russian consulate this time, had the best of luck the last 2 days dropped cad 1 day then showstopper the next

I have ran exactly zero missions since my Caduceus finally dropped. And to think I almost accidentally sold it (now I only sell items in bulk to avoid the UI "reorganizing" stuff after each sale)...

When new missions come out I'll do some runs, but not for now, not for me anyhow...

Okay so I have had this gun for months now.. I believe it is a 182 though... I understand the Coolheaded talent but why is everybody wasting their time farming for this thing? Your better off trying to roll the talent on a different gun that is much more stable and powerful than that thing is. Am I missing something?

Because its the only automatic weapon with coolheaded, I think it can be rolled only on pistols and marksmen rifles otherwise. Perfect for Alpha set...

Got mine from a HM Napalm Factory daily mission last week. I wasn't farming for the weapon and did a double take when it dropped. Ended up putting it in my stash as my 204 G36 was better.

Well I was only running it to help a friend speed run his 2nd char otherwise I wouldn't have bothered!
Also from the amount of time u spent running missions I'm not surprised u don't no more lol

Okay, that makes sense I guess. I was under the impression you could roll that talent on anything.. I know I have an X-45 with coolheaded right now. I had an AUG with skilled on it that I just sold last night to fund parts for my 2nd character.
