Hello, i going to keep this brief since no on here has the time or energy for a wall of text.
I have ben playing this game casually since day one and here are a few problems that has ben present since day one that i suspect will never be adressed.
1- Ashes hitbox: I noticed early on that her hitboxes are frankly completely messed up. She can get shot Square in the face and it Counts as chest damage, she can be hit in any arm and it do, might fall into the hacker cattegoryesent register in the slghtest etc.
2- Her stats: Its funny, the game claims that she is a 1/3 operator, and yet she is more of a 3/3 operator. I ran some tests with her, she can outtank any other operator who has a 2 or lower rating in defence.
3- Hackers: everyone knows them, everyone hates them, they aint goin anywhere.
4- You cant mute the enemy team. Why cant we mute the enemy team? we can mute our own teammates. Sometimes one simply do not want to se a 12 year old kid spam insults and hatecomments in the chat.
5- Shotguns: They are either about as accurate as a sniper or you can blam someone in the face and they wont react, it would be nice with a middle ground.
6- headshots that dont kill: It happens at least once per evening for me at least, i shoot someone in the head, i get rewarded for a headshot, but they wont die, might fall into the hacker cattegory.
I have a boatload of other problems suh as c4 having the same problem as i described with the shotgun but thats Another story.

i had this headshot thingy. i got the Score i got the count on challange for pistol kill kapkan had white cross over his head. so i shot him 13 more times on floor but he simply refused to die ,till i drew enought atttention and got shot back and died instantly. i was fckin paralised frozen and just watched blankly at screen about what happened.
