Don't buy this game and dont' buy any new dlc

    Hi all,

If you are a potential new buyer for this game, or even thinking of buying anymore DLCs or any new form of new content within this game, I urge all to NOT support this game financially. Obviously, the Devs are not listening to our up most concerns. They are providing more and more nerfs with each update while leaving the players in the cold naked without a proper way to survive in the cold. The Survival DLC should not be purchased unless certain things are fixed prior to the Survival DLC. If you don't support this game financially, the DEVs HAVE to listen or at least it is the only language they know how to speak. Stop nerfing players!

To all the new buyers, know that there are currently little gaming communities that are so in the negative, toxic and have been repeatedly Yak slapped in the face by the developers of the game I urge you to NOT purchase this game if you are thinking about it.

To list out some of the common problems with this game:
    1. PVE imbalance: NPC are OP vs Players, Devs recognize this and their solution is nerf more items, gear sets and skills which would help the players. Every update players are left without more to be able to survive in this game, even nearing max armor and health points, you still get one shot. The lack of imbalance also stems from the fundamental weapon design which doesn't apply to NPCs, for example, a shotgun is a close quarter weapon, how can NPC one shot you from 100 meters away can still baffles me.
    2. PVP imbalance: mixing PVE and PVP together has been a great pain for the majority of the players, ie, in order for you to obtain the best gear by randomness and at equal weighting of yielding certain items, you HAVE to at least be subject to other players ganging up on you, especially if you solo. Simply put, PVP players are forced to kill PVE players, there are no alternatives for PVP players who want to simply demonstrate skills vs obtaining items and no PVE outlet which would yield the same loot advantages of as the dark zone (area of PVE mixed with PVP).
    3. Unrewarding Loot system: the randomness of this game is killing this game. End game content is so underwhelming that the much harder content requires you to have certain builds to succeed. Those certain builds are locked behind certain activities which you are forced to do even if they are the worst designed activities.
    4. Bugs and bugs and more bugs: No AAA title game which I have played in my last 40 years have I come across something so broken than this game. Simply put, bugs that benefits the players are nerf very quickly while bugs that breaks the players are kept inside the game.
    5. Silent nerfs: The Devs have always hid away certain undisclosed nerfs which instead of an open discussion, the progress of this game is a closed ended loop.

I'm looking for all future releases by Ubi and Massive and avoiding them at all costs. Ubi stands for Utter *****cks and Idiots.

My advice is to buy the vanilla game when it's on sale below 35$ for the 40 hours of fun when you play with your first character.
Don't buy it at full retail price and don't buy the season pass.

See, if you pay attention then you would realize that the devs listen much more than this forum gives them credit for.

    1. They have already said that they know about this and will be bringing changes to help in the short term, while they work on the long term balancing

    2. That is how the PvP. Don't like it then don;t play it. The PvP set up is not going to change.

    3. Again, they have acknowledged this and are looking at ways to improve it.

    4. Bugs are abundant in every single game.

    5. What difference does it really make? Silent nerfs means the forums are a little less stupid leading up to a patch. Announced or not the nerf would still come.
