Customer Support website not working
I raised a ticket in game for some of the issues I'm having with the latest update, and I (eventually) received the confirmation email 2 days later:
Case Reference # 03453562
Date Created Jul 09, 2016 at 12:49 PM EDT

Two days after that I received a reply to the issue asking me some questions about the case. However when I click on the "No - I need further assistance" link in order to provide the information it gives me a 404 and redirects to the ubisoft homepage.
When I log in to the support website and look at the "My Cases" section, there is nothing under either the "My Open Cases" or the "My Closed Cases" sections.
Where are my cases? How can I update the one I have opened?

Has reporting a problem in game ever worked? To make sure they get your request always report on the support website. I think JollyCharly said something to the same effect a few weeks ago.

Well I got an email that said it had been raised, and it had a ticket number so I'd assumed that it had at least created the ticket. I can try raising a request through the website in case that makes any difference.

I've just created a new case and this one is actually showing up in the "My Cases" list, so progress! Thanks for the tip yjgalla!

Might take a bit until they respond. I've raised three tickets so far and they always responded but in one instance only after a few days.
Some people report a problem and then report it again if they don't get an answer in the next few hours. They don't realize that they're not the only people with problems, that they have to wait in the queue and that they only increase the workload of the support staff if they report the same thing again and again.
