I am having problems connecting to the Ubisoft servers in Just Dance Unlimited for the Wii U. It says to try again later but it does not work. Please tell me how to resolve the issue. If the issue can't be resolved, is there any way I can get a refund?

My PS4 uses a wired connection, and it's hooked up to a 70Mbps line (the ping is about 9-11ms). The PS4 is also put in a DMZ in order to make sure it's not one of the ports that's causing an issue. Every other game works completely fine. I'm certain the issue is not on my end.
I've been having problems with the connection almost every time I've tried to use it since I first subscribed at the beginning of the month. It's extremely frustrating as I'm a big fan of the franchise and have bought every game so far. I was really happy to see I could access most of the back catalogue from one place without having to dig out my old Wii games! I play Just Dance almost every day so the Unlimited add-on is perfect for me. Or rather, it would be if it worked!
I just tried to play it again now and I still can't get through a song. It tends to get through about 1-2 minutes, then I'm booted out. The error messages specifically states that the issue is with connecting to the Ubisoft server (rather than with my connection).
I would really like to see this resolved! Otherwise I'm going to have to cancel my subscription and request a refund.![]()
Hello. I acquired the Just Dance 2017 version with the 3 months suscription for JDU (bought thru Nintendo eShop). I received the code, I downloaded all the content, but when I try to acces to JDU I got the message "Coomunication error with the server, we`ll try soon". And this happenes ALWAYS and I never connects to JDU. Also I ty the recoomendations lines up, but nothing happes. And the suscription is running.
Please your help ASAP.
