JDU 1 year subscribe doesn't work on PS4 | Forums

Hello Supporting team,

I had raise this issue on the forum before but I posed from other guy thread, so might cause supporting team not see me post.
This time I would like to re-post by create new thread,due to I not get any response both from here and my mailbox since 10 days ago,

I bought 1 year unlimited subscribe via PS4 store but when open the game it does not work,
I checked on PS4 license and restore, system show I have JDU 1 year subscribe but cannot access in the game.

more detailsI already raised the ticket REFERENCE NUMBER 03431575.
appreciated your support to solve out as soon as possible,

I got some advice from supporting team since 11 July to attach some more information,
I done that on same day,

By the way, no further advice and problem still there.
Please Supporting team kindly advice ?

It already passed 2 weeks that I bought it but cannot use it
