Every time I start the haunted hollows track the game crashes and I lose a ticket. Can you please fix this and give me my lost tickets back?

I've stopped playing the bunker because this is happening to me on several tracks. The latest to be added to the list is Pendulum. What's interesting is that the track always crashes at exactly the same point. Another thread suggests uninstalling then reinstalling the game... I'll give it a go when I can be bothered (I've already done that sooo many times with this game).
