found a
game glitch when trying to do search and destroy at dantes run safe house when do 42nd and 10th in w42nd st canr do it as you die for no reason so can only do 2 out of 3 please fix
. and why was i chagred £11.99 for the expansion pack 1 when i have the season pass

This is all I've heard from Ubisoft over the last two support chats I've had concerning this map glitch " They are aware of It and are investigating it"..9 days later I'm still stuck at base playing the Underground because I CAN't use the MAP to see the daily's nor fast travel to them to earn the phoenix credits they are screwing me out of...By now with two characters I could have easily earned 2000 credits so thanks so much for nothing UBISOFT...You owe us MORE then glib run around....!! You have NO MORE then two more weeks to fix this issue and that's being extremely kind on my part, after that I'm not only boycotting any other game you clowns ever produce but I will be extremely vocal on every forum I can to bad mouth every thing you ever do from this point on!
Letting this map glitch remain unresolved over fixing other minor glitches is inexcusable IMO!!!

Just so you know, the map isn't working for PC and PS4 gamers as well. Game is unplayable with the character you first created, but playable with your alt characters. There are multiple threads on the PC and PS4 forums about this issue;

And in my humble opinion, both Ubisoft and Massive need to get their act together and test their updates thoroughly before releasing. I personally would rather have waited for the new content rather than have a game I paid good money for that is now unplayable.

THANKS FOR OUR PATIENCE !​ UBI COME ON 9 days and still no fix for the map glitch on xbox 1 and now on the ps4 and pc. that should be enough for u guys to address it now !!! i can only play the underground .losing so many phoenix credits AND FRIENDS . I had no problem with the game (love it ) till 1 .3 drop! what are u guys at ubi doin. lets get serious about this issue enough is enough. hey we all paid u up front for the game and trusted u guys . this is unacceptable the map glitch is a big issue with u`r fan base . hey are we beta testing this 1.3 drop for u ub i ! ! shame shame on u ubi/ massive !!!!

<is patience ,but feel we all should be compensated in some way for all the intel,dz points and xp,daily and weekly missions.oh the high targets daily and weeklys we cannt do with a map is all .But dont that will even happen.Or atleast be fairly done.I paided for a game ,not to be a beat tester.

You know how tired I am of hearing, "we understand your frustration", "please have patience", "we'll let you know when there's a release date for 1.3.1", seriously, this has gone way beyond what we should have endured thus far. What's holding you back getting 1.3.1 released? If it's testing I can understand, but you can't use that as an excuse anymore. Every single patch that has been released for this game has had its own new issues, every single one. I still can't even download the patch and get the game to run. I end up with the never ending "connect" screen. I have to delete the entire game and download it again, with the patch incorporated into the download, before I can even play it. Massive and Ubisoft need to get their **** together as this is nothing more than a really bad joke right now.

I'm also having the map not showing issue. I've found that opening my stash or entering/leaving a safe house with sometimes get it to working again. It does not always work the first time but eventually I can get the map up for a while. It definitely is not a perfect solution but it has helped me. Good luck.

Already getting tired of running underground circles... It takes too long for them to patch this very annoying bug. I'm still running into numorous bugs that makes this game unplayable for me. For example i'm still not able to use the modslots on gearitems i pick up after the update.

Again, you ask us to be patient! Would you be patient if it were you? Or if you were told something would be fixed, but then a week later nothing had been done, would you still be patient then? I paid £60 for this game & I really feel like I've wasted my money, was going to buy Wildlands, not now, don't care if I never play one of your games again...........your apparent lack of concern for people is shameful. Reminds of a situation with another game where when you completed the story a couple of days later all your progress would be gone.........

I would trade my game in, but it's hardly worth it!

The only way I can play Division properly is if I play with friends...................

Ubisoft, hang your heads in shame....................

I have the same problem so I sent email got 2 replies the 2 one said they are trying to fix but have no ideal on what to do.
