I updated the game last night and since then i can't access the tech wing cause the stairs are missing. Anyone else got this issue?

I updated the game last night and since then i can't access the tech wing cause the stairs are missing. Anyone else got this issue?

I haven't seen that yet but stairs in the Underground don't render 90% of the time so it's either impossible to start a mission or leave a mission at the last room. I'm running a gtx 980ti with v368.39 drivers - you should post your specs so they can take a look.
