Yes, but only on the PC version of Just Dance 2017 & Just Dance Now
Yes, on all consoles and Just Dance games
No, that's a bad idea.
JUST DANCE 2017
This goes out to all you JD developers working on JD2017
When Just Dance 2015 came, you guys brought the use of phones for dancing to the Xbox One & the PlayStation 4. In Just Dance 2016, that caught on to the Wii U. Now Just Dance 2017 is coming this October to the Wii, Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, & PC. This is about the PC platform though. According to E3, the JD dev team said that you can only dance with your phone. In the Ubisoft Support ticket # 03315412, I state:
"These days, most laptops (and some desktops) have a camera. I was about to play some Just Dance Now when I thought, What if Just Dance now also worked like a Kinect? I was able to get far enough from my laptop camera for it to see my whole body. Could you consider adding this to Just Dance Now?"
So, my suggestion is: On the PC version of Just Dance 2017 & on Just Dance Now, can you add support for dancing with your web camera?
KEEP MAKING JUST DANCE GAMES!

Yes I totally agree.
My son is too young to have a smartphone and there is no way in I'm letting him use my or my wife's smartphone to play a game that he can accidentally through it across the room.
I have a webcam and webcam's have been around for longer than any of those console cameras.
Please make this game compatible with a webcam.
