I didn't get points. However, I did randomly acquire 600,000 points the following day. I did improve a few other tracks though and I doubt that these are points from Razor Dunes as I should be looking at 800,000+ if it were.

You logged in and had suddenly gained 600k points? This is messed up, i´m having a hard time confirming anything, data is conflicting everywhere. I can´t check anything ingame coz the LB freezes and crashes. On tlforo my profile is blank for High Tide Heights but it shows a time/score for Choking Hazard even though i did a plat run on the former before i did any run at all on the latter. On bonxy´s site it´s the opposite, it shows a run for High Tide Heights but is blank for Choking Hazard.

Even dutscher´s improve timetable is now showing me strange things like Metal Mayhem is suddenly showing 332k points on the Ultimate tab for a bronze run 40+second and 6 faults. Before i think it was showing something around 16k points? I can´t be sure but 300k is definately impossible.

Good neeeews everyone. I believe Razor Dunes did add points to the global LB despite this thread saying the contrary. Two reasons.

Right before the event i was 7 places behind FatalDragon on the global LB and about 500k behind in points. I´m not picking on him or anything he´s been on my friendslist since the beginning and i´ve been trying to close the gap to him for a long time, i was finally so close! So... i´ve platted 2 or the 4 new tracks and he has platted all 4, and now i´m behind by 2.1 million. Take away 500k from before an that leaves 1,6miilion, or roughly 2 tracks at 800k per track. Thus Razor Dunes gave out points.

Secondly, if you look at Yoshiki´s global LB score on his video from June 25th (Snowball Ride redo) and compare to the video on July 9 (Old City Wall redo), you´ll see his score has incread by roughly 3,2 million, which again is around 800k for each of the 4 new tracks.

Can anyone else confirm they did in fact get points? I haven´t done a run on Razor Dunes yet.

Hi mate, I like your theory but I'm sorry to say that Razor Dunes didn't give me any points at-all (I've even improved my time on Razor Dunes about 5 times now to see if it will give me some points but I've had no luck so-far) and I haven't randomly earned any since then either (like CagBall did) the extra points that I've got have been accumulated from me improving quite a few track times via ANBA as I've been playing his missions a lot lately since there's not much else for me to do in-game right now !!

Sorry to burst ya bubble, but I can't believe that they haven't fixed ANY of the bugs and problems that the last update gave us, including this one !?!?


EDIT: Also, I've only recently unlocked and got Plat on Traction Testground as well and I know I got the points from that.....Don't know if you had taken this into account !?

I have improved Razor Dunes too and received no points for any of these improvements. I really don't think my extra points were for that track. I actually received them after getting 5th on Stilted Path (after improving various other tracks).
