Found the one on The Tanktops. It's down to the left where the three torches are near the end, underneath the ramp so you'll have to crash and fall down. I'll try and get a screenshot up asap.

Beautiful work as always Dutscher! I thought you were missing a location on Crane Peak but i realized just now the two locations i posted are in fact the same one. So looks complete to me, 53 locations on 46 tracks
