    Problem Solved, for what ever reasson my account was not correctly flagged for the Gold Edition, Despite showing everything as Owned.
    The Livechat support guy reset my Gold Edition Access and i got some of the missing supply drops plus have now access to the DLC. According to him i am not the first one to have this issue.

    He said he will escalate this further to make sure this does not happen again in the future to anyone else.

    Holy crap, UbiSupport actually resolved a problem! I'm pretty sure there is a reference somewhere in the Bible about this being a sign of the Apocalypse.

    Two things... FIRST... GLAD you got it resolved and fixed...!!

    Second... maybe try support FIRST before ranting and raving?? Just saying... but again grats on getting it fixed...!!

    THIS^....is exactly why I wont work tech support. Don't fix it as fast as the client thinks you should, your incompetent. Fix it for the client as fast as possible and your still incompetent, you just got lucky.

    I have worked Tech Support before and the guys that flip out the most tend to be the cases where it's the user fault not the software or hardware. Like really had a guy complain his printer wasn't working and well guess what it wasn't even plugged in. A friend at the job had a college professor call in and said his printer wasn't working. The guy started to run him through the normal questions and the caller stopped him and said kid me not. "Wait I have to get it out of the box." He hadn't even set it up and connected it, so of course his printer wasn't freaking working. Than we had the guy that dropped his laptop into the ocean while on the beach. Sand and salt was inside it so we knew what happend but he keep saying he didn't do anything. YOu be suprised how simple a sniff or look over and we can tell exactly what you did to that laptop and it's never your fault. It' s our fault cause you broke your stuff...lol


    Glad the OP got this resolved, I know on the PC it says I didn't have it until I did the first mission and than it allowed me to go down there.
