Game becomes unplayable in germany @ 20:00 gmt.

Several seconds of bad lag - including abilities not activating, weapons not switching, weapons not even firing and enemies not being affected by anything.

My frustration limit is reached - your servers have been unplayable for the last weeks.

Please write me one of your great "we haz new feeturez"-emails when you have fixed it.


Edit: Just for the record. My connection is fine and other games run very smooth.

Hey DrExtrem!

There was an outage earlier today, including but not limited to TD. However, it should have been resolved now.

Do you still encounter the above mentioned lags?

Lag and server desync issues are insane and stil around...up to 5 second damage registration delays, skills not working at all...and the most annoying of all the desyncs...i can see my character as if im following my group...i can see all they are doing all their actions without any lag at all but i cant inflict any damage or heal them..when i ask them where i am, they tell me im stuck standing stil way behind, while on my screen im suposdly behind them, after seconds later i appear as if i teleported to them and i can start using skills and inflict damage again...i even have videos on my profile on xbox live, user Lunaticslave777

I have checked everything with my isp, done countless test and play other games, and this is the only one i get problems...hell i been playing Overwatch for hours and no lag issues at all, everything runs smoothly.

Love the Division, but al this lag issues are killing my enjoyment...

Yeah I was experiencing serious lag today as well, (my download speed 125mb and upload 17mb). I was so frustrated I went to leveling an alt,... still had the lag and heals not registering.

Exatly this happend for me and a random team yesterday,when trying to get the expensive
weekly.Actually the lag/freeze last so long,that the timer ran out,and we could´nt finish the bounty.
Waste of time collecting the intels,-was it 58 or 59...

Its happening again and again.

Playing in a fluent way has not been possible during the last weeks.

Input lag, general lag, abilities not working (or working late). Its frustrating. I tried to play general assembly daily and I gave up. Enemies are shooting at me, before they pop out of cover, smartcover does not activate, it gets shot across the room. I get hit through walls and headshots are not registered anymore.

My internet connection is working well. Other online games don't have lag. I restarted my router to be sure everything is working. No, nobody is downloading petabytes of p0rn, using my cable.

If you can't fix this, either pull the plug or make single player activities offline capable. Take a look at Diablo 3s history and their problems with servers and internet connection. Right now, the fame is hardly playable.

I'm playing daily and have not even once experienced any of the issues you are describing. I'm connected via IP-based Telekom VDSL line (50/10), my router is a AVM Fritzbox 7490, my XBox is connected to the router via cable, not wifi, NAT is open. Have you activated Teredo filtering in your router or is it active by default? That might cause serious issues with some games...
