the communication strategy isn't exactly the same between forums and social networks. On social networks, it is necessary to pots regular content, very visual. this is why we posted this "teaser" image for the next update.
On the forums, it's more about in-game information, core fans, expert discussions, etc. This is why the complete patchnotes are posted on the forum.

Just launced the game and its downloading something on android just now...!

EDIT: crashed after 100%... and won't start anymore, just notification "Trials Frontier has stopped".

EDIT2: cleared cache, no help...

EDIT3: after phone reboot, still crashes...

EDIT4: works on other phone (marshmellow)

EDIT5: reinstalled... WORKING... and got my profile from servers...

As dutscher-DE said, the content update isn't live yet, nothing to download for now.
I think your problem might be related to free space on your device. There isn't enough space left, so the app download the new data (LB, Bunker data, etc.) everytime you open it. Try to make some space, and it should help.

yeah we have to wait to thursday or friday. thats great that we have the patch notes before the update is live.

4 new tracks, 1 new paintjob, 1 new customs so far as i can see out of the patchnotes.

Very cool way to give tracks; a lot like the Data Cube stuff; we can use more of this kind of thing.

A Race to the Leaderboard: The first person to find each track piece will be commemorated during the event for all to see.

Interesting..... I doubt I can devote the time to be on that list this time, but I still am interested to see how this looks....

Two things:

1) It isnt for "most loyal"... its "most willing to pay". Subtle distinction there. I have outlasted soooo many of your paying customers.....just about all of them, actually.

2) "get a badge next to your name and show off your superiority.....". Naah, thats not what it shows.... Start doing badges for real skill accomplishments (0-fault all donkey tracks, Plat all tracks, etc) and THEN I will take notice of this fluff....

I agree with xitooner when he said....."get a badge next to your name and show off your superiority.....". Naah, thats not what it shows.... Start doing badges for real skill accomplishments (0-fault all donkey tracks, Plat all tracks, etc) and THEN I will take notice of this fluff"....Badges for REAL accomplishments is a MUCH better idea and surely you can think of better "Benefits" to give out for a monthly fee other than those minor cosmetics you're proposing as there's nothing there that would tempt me into paying every month !?!?


Well that's my 2cents anyway, let's hope they have another think about these things and what might be appealing to a seasoned player that's completed and unlocked everything instead of just thinking about the noobs all the time !!

Unrelated.... why in your messages are the quotes appearing as a blank white rectangles? Does everyone get this too? To be able to read the quote i have to highlight it, just like when we have polls.

Yes, I think it's because they changed the display of CM's posts on all Ubisoft forums.
If you look at my posts on Assassin's Creed forums for example, you can see we have a different colour now, and no more signature :


However, on RL forums we have a specific layout, with the text in white.... so the new CM posts layout doesn't really work out here...

Yeah, their new CM quoting feature just makes it harder to read what CMs say. (I find that fairly ironic.....)
