Hi guys! For common issues with the Google Authenticator app, please see this FAQ. Be sure that you are typing the numbers in correctly. You should not be adding a space between the numbers. If you have your backup codes written down, you can also use those to unlock 2FA on your account.
The Facebook and Twitter team can also assist with disabling 2FA from the account so you may re-enable it. If you are reaching out to them, please include your Ubisoft username and email address in your message to them.

Well I was going to go on Uplay to buy AC: Origins. I say was, because after having to fish out my one-time codes because none of my Google authenticator codes would ****ing work, then trying to login to this website using the google authenticator codes, resorting to another one-use code only to find that it had already decided to lock me out for a ****ing hour, and finally having managed to log in and disable this stupid 2 step ******** having used up literally half my one use codes, I think I'll give it a miss. So congrats UbiSoft, you've just lost yourselves a sale thanks to your ****ty systems. AC stopped being actually good after Black Flag anyway.
Sadly, they still force you to play on Uplay even if you purchase the game on Steam. In fact it's even worse on Steam because they don't even let you download the game on Uplay: you have to download it on Steam, then play it on Uplay. Complete joke. Might as well just get a PS4 rather than bugger about with this ****e.Originally Posted by rickytan48 Go to original post
PS: I sincerely hope you have the right to use that picture, admin. It would be a real, real shame if this joke of a company was to get sued for copyright infringement lol.
