Yeah this just happened to me, and no silly typos like space between codes either.
I already sent the support mail. Luckily the backdoor to UPlay support still exists.
This is the second time it has happened to me. The first time was because the codes were off by exactly 60 seconds backwards, so I could not use any combination until around 5 seconds after it disappeared. I'm hoping its an easily rectifiable error, either on my part or theirs. Take note: I do have access to the authenticator account and in fact did try to reset the authenticator app using barcode. Need to confirm whether this is correct;
Maybe I shouldn't have turned 2FA on, but right now I'm kind of reluctant to buy any future Ubisoft games. The risk of losing an entire library is far too great as it is; even the free games are irreplacable, they're from the anniversary offer.
Steam also has 2FA, I'm guessing they rolled their own. Has thus far given me zero issues in the same time frame UPlay's 2FA locked me out twice.

For about a month now I've been having an issue where he Authenticator code would not take on the first try. I just tried the following:
1. Log in using username and pass.
2. Wait to enter Authenticator code when timer gets to about a quarter after.
3. Code fails.
4. Click Log In again with same code.
5. Code fails.
6. Click Log in again.
7. Code fails again.
8. Click Log Off in the bottom left.
9. With same username and password already populated, clicked Log In.
10. Authenticator code still populated.
11. Clicked Log In.
12. Logged in successfully.
I've had it several times where I thought, maybe it's uPlay. I also have a Authenticator for another site... It gave me similar issues, where it just seemed the time was off on the code... As someone else posted in this thread, in Authenticator, there is Settings area where it allows you to resync Authenticator to Google's time servers (but only Authenticator, not your phone time). I just resynced. I logged off uPlay and was able to successfully use Authenticator to log in on the first attempt when the timer JUST started anew.
Sync Now works.
@Ubisoft developers... may want to add a visible help note to your uPlay client that mentions that at the Authenticator screen for uPlay. "If you have problems with Authenticator, please resync using the Settings in Authenticator." Might save trips to the forums to do damage control... :/

Had a litle nervebreak from these guys, since everytime I use their products I have to jump so many hoops I lose intrest in the whole game, atleast on PC. Now that I try to log in they ask for authentication I never set up...So yeah, been reading your comments and advices...went to their site to learn more, and was directed to this link: HTTPS://ACCOUNT-UPLAY.UBI.COM/EN-GB/...URITY-SETTINGS that takes me to blank white page...soooooo...what now?
if the web page can`t make your log in through, sometimes it is due to the slow internet speed. If you think there is something threads for your accounts,it is better for you to reset a new password that stronger and powerful.Free Password Keeper this free password manager will help you with password confusing.More choice is showed below.

Seems like, for my phone, something wrong with synching my gmail account. (Synch error)
After clicking "Synch now", not all are synched.
Looks suspicious because out of three gmail accounts I have, only my main account isn't synch.
Wondering if google knows this issue.
So, it doesn't matter what game you wanna play.
Looks like the issue here is due to non-synch google account, no matter what authenticator code we input, it will still be unaccepted.
As the guy quoted here, he kept synching. After fails, it synched his and able to login.
Oh well, guess need energy for my finger and my eyes on this! Wish me luck!
