Last night I tried to log in to Uplay, but then I had to go through the 2 step authentication. I did not change this log in method. The google authenticator gave me wrong codes every time. I was told to sync the google auth. with uplay, but in order to do this I had to log into my account, which again I had to use the 2 step method. So I'm stuck, can not play and ubisoft are not answering me. Any advise? I have to sync my uplay account with my google authenticator by entering the security settings https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Faqs/0...p-Verification. Just frustrating. I had Ubisoft on chat (US) but since I am located in EU he could not assist me and placed a ticket in EU support. 2 days no respond!.
I dropped my phone in water and now i cant log into Ubisoft whatsoever. I dont have any recovery codes. After i had my phone in rice i got it barely functioning and i tried writing in the Ubisoft code but Uplay said it was wrong and now my phone is dead completely. I dont know what to do now.

Step.1 Go to phone date and time settings and change your date time to your corrrect time in the reigon
Step.2 Go to your authenticator app and tap on the htree dots in the top right corner of the screen
Step.3 Go to settings
Step.4 From there go to time correction for codes
Step.5 Tap on "sync" now
Step.6 Try the code now and hope to the rotten apple ****er for good luck
Step.7 Play your game(hopefully)

I have the same problem here, just bought watch dogs 2. Authenticator code requested... Made an account on my authenticator (never asked for this, Ubinoobz). De code is never correct... Ripoff ********, really. Quite frustrated... This is the worst company in the last decade. Not the first problems I have with them....
