    2 Step verification log in trouble

    Last night I tried to log in to Uplay, but then I had to go through the 2 step authentication. I did not change this log in method. The google authenticator gave me wrong codes every time. I was told to sync the google auth. with uplay, but in order to do this I had to log into my account, which again I had to use the 2 step method. So I'm stuck, can not play and ubisoft are not answering me. Any advise? I have to sync my uplay account with my google authenticator by entering the security settings https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Faqs/0...p-Verification. Just frustrating. I had Ubisoft on chat (US) but since I am located in EU he could not assist me and placed a ticket in EU support. 2 days no respond!.

    On your google authenticator, how many accounts do you have. For example, I have Google, EA and Ubisoft with each their own code generator.

    I have never used this log in method before. I activcated 2FA only for google acounts (mail and phone) Dont know much about this. I'm in deep water here

    My Phone died

    I dropped my phone in water and now i cant log into Ubisoft whatsoever. I dont have any recovery codes. After i had my phone in rice i got it barely functioning and i tried writing in the Ubisoft code but Uplay said it was wrong and now my phone is dead completely. I dont know what to do now.

    If you're having trouble with the verification, please take a look at the troubleshooting on the Google Account Help page. If you still continue to experience an issue, contact Ubisoft Support so they can assist you.

    These idiots at ubisoft don't get it, it literally DOESN'T LET YOU LOG IN, whether it be to play a game or for support. I am super frustrated with this company. They screw up EVERY thing they touch.

    I dont have google authenticator, but still they want some verification code generated by google.
    I have now idea what to do now, i dont use google or something else.

    I just want to log in into uplay.

    I fixed my issue i had with authenticator giving me wrong codes
    Step.1 Go to phone date and time settings and change your date time to your corrrect time in the reigon
    Step.2 Go to your authenticator app and tap on the htree dots in the top right corner of the screen
    Step.3 Go to settings
    Step.4 From there go to time correction for codes
    Step.5 Tap on "sync" now
    Step.6 Try the code now and hope to the rotten apple ****er for good luck
    Step.7 Play your game(hopefully)

    I have same problem. I tried all the tutorials I've found on the web and still cant log in to my account... Thanks Ubi, thanks...

    I have the same problem here, just bought watch dogs 2. Authenticator code requested... Made an account on my authenticator (never asked for this, Ubinoobz). De code is never correct... Ripoff ********, really. Quite frustrated... This is the worst company in the last decade. Not the first problems I have with them....
