Hi. MaraxX51. I have exactly the same problem as yours on the xbox 360 as well as friends who have the issue on ps3. As of yet, i have no resolution for you. I have started a ticket with support but no response. All i get is an infinitely white spinning circle, just like you. Hopefully, if you can get this fixed, please let me know how. Many thanks in advance. I'll keep trying support. Maybe, if you open a ticket, this would help increase the chances of the problem being looked into.

Thanks for your Response, seems were in the minority with this but it SUCKS bad :: Ive been online with Ubi chat, swapped 4 emails with one of their techs on (their take) of many thoughts and ideas on what will fix it.. all of which have Nothing to do with this problem. Which btw I dont think they have a clue either - however I feel this is a communication issue with their servers. Maybe I'm wrong but after all the flushes, uninstalls, re installs, registry cleaning, port checking etc.. Im no better off than I was when I posted this 4 CRY for HELP. My rig config is Exactly the same as it was when I started playing the user maps, my SSD is dedicated to game playing, it has only monitoring SW loaded. Anyway.. Im hopeful some Super Gaming puter Geek finds us and has an answer. Still watching the spinning wheel ... sigh

Hi. MaraxX51. Still no reply from support, yet. But, have tried a few trouble-shooting steps myself. Tried uninstalling the game from my hard drive and then re-installing however this did not fix the issue. My two cents, it that it has to do with signing into the ubisoft servers as that is were all the information is stored for the Map Browser section. Just some side information, this problem started for me around November 2015. Played loads of maps, really dig extraction and stealth maps. Had about 100-150 maps saved in my favourites list, as hated searching for them. Am now trying to create a new account and see whether it is an account issue. Will get back to you, with any updates. Good luck!

Am thinking of phoning them tomorrow. Will let me know how i get on.

It sounds more like a Uplay problem. I would suggest downloading the newest version of Uplay from their site. I don't know if this will help or not but worth a try. I've had to do this before to fix some things.

Hey thanks for the response, AKA... you are one of my Favorite map builders, Always played your maps, you Rock! Ill give that a try, Ill completely uninstall Uplay and reinstall the latest ver. Going through Map withdrawal this past week, dug out Far Cry 3 to ease the pain : Like LikelyAtol though, least mine is this month, not Last Nov.. that Suks ! Likely, let me know if you get anywhere on the phone

Complete Uplay uninstall .. re install - still no map loading. But I agree with you, I think its a communication problem point to point. From what I can tell so far they have no clue on a fix... take more than two tickets written for them to spend any time sorting it out.
