Well our current dz is solely PvP then PvE. Our current dz has more rogues then agency chopping down mobs.

From what i understood, seems there will only be new brackets for the Dark Zone.

Not really, DZ is more of a frestrations to players to be exact. With rogues ganking low level players makes it harder for players to advances. The actually true to is this game is gears, rolls, missions with multi-players, and challenges.

Not really the topic of this thread, but I agree with Xiondia. In general PVP is only fun when it's fair. Being ganked is not fun. The best gear is in DZ and you need to go there to get "weeklies" done. The gear you get from HVT or Incursions are not up to par with DZ drops and lvl 34 bosses. This is the only reason for me and - according to polls and comments on the forum - the majority of players to enter DZ. Remove the necessity to enter DZ for gear and "weeklies"; let it be a place where you want to hunt or be hunted by players. Several of my friends has left the game because DZ is the way it is.

not new zones, more brackets that separate players further by gearscore. so a 198 GS isnt put against 228 GS I hope.

probably just a side affect of my rose colored glasses but I think the Underground has been balanced to be the answer to the PVEers request to have a way to gear up outside the DZ. HVTs were a start but were hamstrung by the LS Gearset being weighted so heavily in the loot table. This Underground however appears to be their answer for our request for PVE only DZ.

LAMO i was expecting the DZ to have more area more in building area to explore (skyscrapers) zip line to other buildings more rooftops more supply drops maybe a DZ incursions something like this
landing pad LMB helicopter comes in land then you need to take that landing platform from them before they can take the massive cargo out (PVP will be much fun) ore something bot no devs are to garbage lazy and brainless to understand off ideas streets off DZ are getting boring AND NOT FUN.

Think we're playing a different game The DZ is both PVE and PVP, if your under geared what can i say but this is off topic, please create another post if you want to go on about how the DZ is unfair! I'm a competitive gamer, nothing is given, you need to earn it

My point, which you appear oblivious to is, DLC should be balanced, recent free content gave us lots of PVE content or as much as you can expect for free. I personally would prefer more PVP content but would settle for balanced, as I'm not selfish and can appreciate some people don't like the DZ!
