You have seen the Youtube videos? very good. But if you did some more research you would already know that the AI was dumped down on purpose.Originally Posted by SF_reinierdash Go to original post
As someone that actually played the demo and spoke with the devs...the AI was weakened on purpose for E3. They had to make it easy for the dorks that stood/sat in line for 4+ hours for Zelda since they'd be the same ones that got into the line for Wildlands the next day. We all want the AI to be challenging and smart but they were trying to show off as much of the game as they could within a10-15 minute time frame. Having difficult AI that would curb stomp the average player at E3 wouldn't be a good idea - might be good for us tactical shooter vets but it would probably scare off a lot of people that aren't necessarily good at tactical shooters.
Hello, guys I did played the E3 build and build before E3.
The IA is much much more difficult than that, As DanHibiki said, the IA for E3 was reduce for the press because many times before when IA not reduced some people from the press weren't able to get a good experience of a playtest because they died to many times and then gave a bad review for the game.
So they decided to reduce IA for E3 and many companies do the same.
Trust me that when the game will be release and you choose a good difficulty you better be prepared alone or with friends !
And that would probably tell UBI that they are catering to the wrong crowd but hey, money comes first for sure.
My grief is the fact that Keeba and others here hammer and hyped the fact that E3 was going to be the Tell-All for those who had their reservations about how truthful they were being about wanting to change. They could have easily had two demos, 1 for the brain challenged and 1 for those who want to play a decent game and not just show off how much XP they have gain by picking up flowers.
