PCIsac Weekly bugged in completed without reward and without doing it | Forums

As the title says, the isac weekly updated but its bugged as completed and I don't have the reward for it, I checked if I alreayd had the Esmay Scarf but I don't and I simply can't do the weekly and I will probably lose the scarf for this week, is there anything that can be done to fix that?

I spoke with the support, it wasn't useful, they couldn't do anything releated to that.

EDIT: Reporting to the support and they said that they will foward to the devs, which is interesting if it gets to the devs ears quicker.

If this doesn't get fixed in time, could the people with this problem at least receive the Isac Esmay Scarf without doing the weekly since it bugged out?

As a collector, I'd really love something like that, too.
It's kinda unfair to lose it like this.

Since last week, I have been completing my daily's and weekly High-value targets, and the named NPC ( heavy ) would randomly take damage and even the other enemy npc's were shooting each other. The named NPC suddenly killed himself. I was no where near him or the others... This is the thrid time it has happened.
Edit: everytime this happens I do not get any drops of any sort, nor xp, anything.

Any ideas ?

So today there will be a new isac weekly for us and the people who had this problem will lose the chance to grab the scarf if the next one doesn't doesn't bug out, this sucks.................
