Hi, I'm having an absolute nightmare with Tapjopy and Uplay support.

Submitted a support request to Tapjoy and received their default email reply(thanks for contacting, looks like you need help, run app and send screenshot........). Sent them the requested screen shot and then nothing, been waiting 3 weeks now and sent them a number of emails and a few Facebook messages.

Contacted Uplay and have been told they can only help if I can send them an email from Tapjoy saying that they have tried to send the gems to my account. Tapjoy have not sent this email in 3 weeks and do not reply to my emails so there is no way I will ever receive this email.

Any suggestions on what to do next?

So far I have raised 4 Tapjoy support issues with Uplay over the last 6 month (could have raised a lot more as Tapjoy have messed me round loads more), the first two support requests to Uplay were sorted after a few emails back and forward. The third one was never sorted as Tapjoy don't reply and now this one looks to be the same.
