I've been thinking a bit recently, and have just realised that I've probably spent more time on Trials Frontier than HD and Evolution combined (yes, the title says Fusion but I haven't bought that one and alliteration is important).

Probably having Trials in my pocket helps, but the missions and grinding for coins and watching adverts somehow added something to it for me. On the consoles, it's just sort of about getting the best time on each track whereas here the missions and Bunker really spice things up a little. There's the aspect of not wanting to waste any fuel too. Then again, the level editor did add a lot for some.

No idea where I'm going with this post to be honest, but it seems that a few aspects of Frontier would work great when carried over to the console counterparts. Perhaps not the whole freemium deal, but at least perhaps some incentive to play every day or some more objectives would really help!
