A while ago, I made this thread speculating on the other Hero/classes based on the silhouettes you can see on the respective faction pages on the main website, and I think the face bears some similarity to the helmet of the Viking furthest back.
Granted, it's an extreme close-up, so I can't say for sure if that helmet has the spikes or studs on the top, but no other silhouette has that specific shape. You can also see little wisps of hair in the shadow that seem to match the face in the video. If that is the same Viking, that mean's he's armed with a mace or warhammer
Design-wise, though, I'm mixed. That sort of full face mask I would have expected for the Legion, and the design itself looks entirely invented (it honestly looks like something from Berserk). If they wanted a helmet that covers the face, though, there are historical examples from the Vikings to draw from, which I would have preferred:

That being said, I think he looks pretty great. They can always pass the helmet design of as a trophy or a spoil of war or even that the Warborn have based some of their armour off their enemies' (since all warfare involves the sides looking at what their opponents are doing technologically, strategically, etc. and adopting what they think works), to make it make contextual sense, unless they really are going full alt-history with it, in which case (almost) all bets are off in terms of design. All they have to do, in that case, is achieve an approximation of the respective cultures' aesthetic sensibilities, and everything will be good.
